Majime Solutions is looking for a Case Management Developer The client is European public institution leading the Information System Rationalisation in the domain Case Management. Case management in this context comprises all procedural and/or investigative case related activities to enforce EU law. It entails all activities linked to investigating, processing, handling and managing "cases" under the legal instruments implemented by the Services concerned, including facts and evidence management, collaborative drafting of Decisions, and supporting document management activities. The goal of the Case Management Rationalisation project is to deliver and operate CASE for EU: a modern, adaptive, efficient and re-usable solution for case management which fulfils the common business needs of the various participating EU Services. Responsibilities The client would like to benefit from external IT consultancy services, highly experienced in the acquired Case Management Framework, to support the EU setting up, integrating, operating and maintaining CASE for EU - the case management solution based on the acquired Case Management Framework. Responsibilities: Setup of the development environment adapted to the Case Management Framework, including continuous integration and automated testing (unit tests) Define the extensibility strategy and approach while ensuring efficient management and reusability of code and avoiding branching; Configure, customize and extend/develop the system according to the European Commission needs and following the defined extensibility strategy and approach; Develop/adapt interoperability interfaces to implement required integration with local and corporate information systems; Assist/ Support the deployment and configuration of the system; Implement user requirements; Perform prototyping. Requirements: IT Experience: total at least 6 years including hands-on experience with IBM - Advanced Case Manager at least 3 years. IBM Case Manager. Java/JEE technologies and architectures. Java tools and frameworks: Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate. Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and in particular web services (WSDL, SOAP, REST, etc.). Front-end frameworks: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript: Dojo, Angular or similar. Fluent English. University degree not necessary. Additional requirements: Database design and SQL. SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle RDBMS. BPML 2.0 UML (Unified Modelling Language) or equivalent, case tools. RUP (Rational Unified Process), Agile, Scrum or similar methodology.
