Majime Solutions is looking for a Project Manager JOB DESCRIPTION • We have entered a transformation process with one of our largest customers. • During this period we have to convert the transactional print volume of this customer from a cut sheet to a full color continuous feed production, this results in a lower cost price as well as a more attractive sales price to the customer. • This change must be done in a shared service center environment where other transactional and repro customers are served. • The complexity of this transformation is spread over 3 different protected domains. All different workflows of all transactional shared service center customers are set up and maintained. This customer must therefore be included and activated in this. • After analyzing the current print streams, a clear picture must be created about resource planning. Together with the professional services CPS outbound team leader, the analysts will have to be directed towards this transformation. • The Project Manager is responsible for bringing this change to a satisfactory conclusion and reporting to Belux's Head of Professional Services. • He will have to be able to draw up a good schedule and follow it up, and be able to manage a virtual team and have clear communication with the end customer. REQUIREMENTS • Minimum Bachelor's Degree • Preferred- Business, Information Technology, Service Outsourcing • Professional Certifications: • Preferred PMI, PRINCE, ITIL or has aspirations to obtain these. • Candidate Background: • Minimum Substantial experience leading projects for service outsourcing to required scope, quality, timescale and budget. • Minimum Experience of managing projects in a small to medium outsourced contract environment. • Minimum Highly proficient with Microsoft Project. • Minimum Demonstrates the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing at all levels of seniority, both formally and informally. • Minimum Able to demonstrate effective and successful contributions to team and/or cross-functional team objectives. • Minimum Previous experience of managing a team of people in a team leader environment or as a project leader. • Minimum Demonstrate competency in maintaining project documents using approved methodology, tools, and templates. • Minimum Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects including schedules, budgets, and project deliverables. • Minimum Change management experience. • Minimum Ability to identify, quantify and articulate risk.
