Mainframe Operator Who we are? ITEN is one of the fastest growing IT companies in Portugal in recent years. It currently has around 360 employees and has more than 30 years of experience in the IT market. In May 2017 ITEN was acquired by Claranet, now integrating a group with operations in 8 countries. Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a Mainframe Operator, to integrate into the team of one of our clients. You must have? -Degree in computer science or similiar (preferential); -Experience in receipt and processing of Work Instructions for all Systems (Mainframe and ISeries); -Knowledge of manual checklists execution; -Experience with Reboot/IPL Servers/LPARS; -Be able to execute service request on demand with SLA's defined.
