The Security Architect is integrated in the InfoSec Department and is responsible for designing Security Solutions following business requirements. Main responsibilities are: Protect Euronext data and technology assets. Develop InfoSec standards and guidelines that support the Global InfoSec Policy and InfoSec Architecture. Provide InfoSec guidance to IT and business teams when developing solutions to ensure that security is by design built instead of added-on. Creates high and low level security designs and solutions to feed into projects, and initiatives for Both IT and Business departments Review proposed designs and provide recommendations to ensure compliance. Assess risks and recommend appropriate compensating controls as needed. Maintain a strategic view of the InfoSec Architecture and promote its evolution to meet future needs. Involve the different teams within InfoSec in the Security designs provided. Identify security gaps; Evaluate the enhancements required Research, evaluate, design, test, recommend the implementation of new or updated information security hardware or software and analyze its impacts on the existing environment. Ability to work in a self-sufficient manner seeking guidance when real obstacles occur. Capacity lead technical projects and coordinate vendors. Project Management Skills KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Essential: The applicant is expected to have the following skills and experience on appointment: Computer Science Degree At least 3 to 5 years of experience in similar functions. Good communication skills and the ability to work with others on both an ad hoc and project team basis, across organizational boundaries. Working knowledge of modern security technology such as IAM, firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection. Experience in IRT meetings and contributing with actions. Working knowledge of enterprise IT components such as Windows and Linux. Strong Identity Management skills - ideally worked on product like CA IDM suite or Open IAM tools Experience and Knowledge in the areas of Database Security, Application Security, IAM, Encryption and Data Loss Prevention Strong communications - must be able to explain to stakeholders complex concepts such as encryption, access control, and generally accepted design principals. Must be able to manage customer expectations. Strong know how in one of the areas: Network and Security Solutions Systems and Database security Requires up to date knowledge of evolving InfoSec threats and risks management. Ability to work independently and in team settings under tight timelines and pressure. Experience with full cycle of RFP Process. English fluent /Ability to write documentation in English Beneficial: Working knowledge of financial services sector legislations and regulations. Working knowledge of information Security Best Practises such as ISO27002, ISO27005, NIST, Experience working with multinational teams. Holds an industry recognized certification such as CISSP. In depth knowledge of Firewall technologies such as Checkpoint and Fortinet Knowledge of operating systems and their TCP/IP stacks Familiar with Radware and Netscaler products ( Load balancer, WAF) Familiar with Bluecoat products (proxy) Understanding of Data Centre Infrastructure, such as structured cabling, power distribution, cooling. Cloud Security Design knowledge. Email Security Solutions such as Ironport Proxy Solutions such as McAfee Sidewinder and Bluecoat Experience with Remote Access Solutions such as Pulse secure Experience with 2FA and MFA solutions Working knowledge of modern security technology such as IAM, firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection. Working knowledge of enterprise IT components such as Windows and Linux.
