NOESIS is currently seeking applications with the following profile: Responsibilities: The person in this role will be responsible for Business Analysis and UAT testing for the Securities processing platform. The role also includes a 2nd level functional support. Usual schedule goes from 9am to 6pm but it may be required to stay later on occasional cases to meet with our business located in US. Primary responsibilities will include: Projects Elicit new requirements for system enhancements Manage the change request process for any system updates Develop functional specifications for system evolutions Review design specifications and provide recommendations related to proposed solution Participate in the testing effort and ensure a smooth delivery in production Ensure continuous market watch to keep the application up to date with the latest market evolutions Participate in launching and following up on market projects and initiatives as assigned Assist in the respect of project deadlines and schedules Identify product gaps or weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement, as needed Communicate and apply project standards Perform peer reviews Application Support Assist support team in complex functional investigations. Perform bug fix testing to certify correct behavior of the application. Qualifications: Bachelors degree required; advanced degree considered a plus Minimum 5 years financial industry experience with an emphasis on Custody activity Prior business analysis experience in an application support environment Strong settlement knowledge and analytic skills Experience in Custodian Industry is a must Prior experience creating requirements documents, functional specifications, process flow diagrams and procedures Strong knowledge of asset setup, domestic settlements or cash processing is a must in custody domain Good written and spoken English is a must Overall general IT knowledge NOESIS promotes the evolution and professional development of its employees.
