Exciting opportunity for a full-stack Rails developer join a startup development team in a senior role. Work alongside the startup founder on development and design, and mentor new developers on the team. This is a key position of influence in a fully bootstrapped, profitable startup with growing revenue and client base.

Preferable skills include: Ruby, Relational Databases (postgres), javascript, git, open communication, teamwork and mentoring of more junior staff. Mostly backend development.

Flexible working conditions: Lisbon co-working office combined with remote working.
