Human Profiler is a consultancy company, providing search&recruitment services for our clients in different areas. Our client is a technology multinational company, with their Portuguese branch based in Lisbon, is looking for a Network Service Desk Engineer.

The hired professional will have as main responsibilities:
- Network monitoring and utilization reporting to line managers;
- Use ticketing and escalation procedures, to assist clients when needed;
- Collect vital stats across devices and provide reports;
- Troubleshooting of LAN/WLAN issues including switching, routing VLAN and trunking;
- Identify and diagnose issues on routers/switches/gateways/firewalls, etc;
- Perform Logical Moves, Adds and Changes for IPT devices;
- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors on bandwidth and hardware issues.

The ideal candidate should meet the following profile:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or similar;
- At least 3-4 years of network monitoring and support experience;
- Cisco CCNA is required and experience in Riverbed;
- Experience with Servers, routers, switches, hubs, firewalls and networking equipment;
- Experience with MPLS, Frame Relay, T1, and DSL;
- Experience with Windows 2003/2008 and Internet troubleshooting skills;
- Previous Experience working in a Network Operations Center (preferably);
- Experience with CA Spectrum or other enterprise management systems (preferably).
