Experience and Skills required: · Good Communication skills: spoken and written English (including technical writing). Spanish and Italian knowledge is a plus. · Excellent demonstrated customer service skills and customer focused attitude required. · University degree in computer science or other engineering studies, MCP/MCSE or CISCO certifications, preferably SCCM related certifications (70-243 or 70-696) · Three or more years’ experience in systems development, network operations, software support or I.T. consulting. · Effective learning skills, collaboration and team working skills. · Strong problem-solving skills, includes troubleshooting, problem analysis and resolution, good judgment/decision making ability. Genuine passion for technology and desire and aptitude to increase technical skill level required. Requirements Strong knowledge of following technologies: · System Center Configuration Manager 2012 R2 SP1 and System Center Configuration Manager Current Branch · Windows OS · WQL (WMI Query Language) · SQL Server (SQL Server configuration and T-SQL) · WSUS General understanding of the Windows operating system, Windows Networking and Active Directory environment: · PowerShell scripting · Deployment and troubleshooting on workstations, servers, phones and tablets · Understanding of Group Policy · Understanding Authentication and authorisation and PKI environments · TCP/IP protocol understanding · DHCP/DNS/WINS and others · SMB Desirable: · C/C++, VBS, PowerShell scripting · Network Communications (TCP/IP) · Azure general knowledge · IIS Services · MDT · Knowledge on the Windows internals If you are motivated to embrace a new challenge, send your CV in Europass and MS Word format, with reference U/ SCCM for ---@--- |
