ITEN is one of the fastest growing IT companies in Portugal in recent years. It currently has around 360 employees and has more than 30 years of experience in the IT market. In May 2017, ITEN integrated Claranet Group, being part of a larger operation in 8 countries. Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a Support Engineer to join our team. You must have: • Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering (preferred) or equivalent practical experience; • Experience in solving complex technical issues in Microsoft Skype for Business, Office 365 Skype Online and Microsoft TEAMS; • Programming skills are an advantage (C++ or C# or Java); • Strong knowledge of operating systems including (Windows 2016, 2012 and 2008 Server, Windows 10); • Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Active Directory; • Strong customer service orientation; • Accurate and logical problem solving; • Fluent in English (mandatory).
