Function: Tech Center Specialist - Basel (m/f) Desired Skills and expertise: o Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution; o Minimum 1 year of knowledge and minimum 5 years experience in network architecture and system design. o Experience in supporting global IT desktop and lab services including configuration, patching and diagnosis of server/desktop/PC systems, Mac Systems, and Mobile Devices (e.g., iPhone, iPad, Android); o Strong knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot MS Win 7/10, MS Office, Adobe, Modern Browsers, Internal Applications, and more; o Ability to troubleshoot OS X Mountain Lion / Mavericks, MS Office Mac, Adobe, Safari, Parallels, Keychain, and other iOS related issues; o Responsible for installing and configuring desktop software and peripherals; o Professional certifications (MCSE, Cisco, CompTIA A+/Net+, ACMT) (preferred) o Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills; o Fluency in English We offer: • Career development possibility • Integration in a fast-growing company • Integration in a young and dynamic team Interested candidates can apply through ---@--- by sending us a detailed CV.
