Support Engineer (m/f) - Lisbon - Portugal

Required Skills:
- Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of Core Windows technologies, example concepts:
Enterprise level OS installation, Upgrade and Deployment,
Servicing - Windows Update and Windows Software Update Server,
Bitlocker and MBAM,
KMS Activation and Licensing,
Printing Services,
Phone/Mobile Deployment including Mobile Device Management,
-Good understanding of troubleshooting techniques and tools such as:
Sysinternals,
Procdump,
Process Explorer,
Process Monitor,
PowerShell,
Network trace analysis,
- Excellent customer handling and negotiations skills, ability to remain calm during stressed situations ;
- Strong analytical problem solving, collaboration and team working skills;
- Fluent in English and Spanish..
