Our client is a banking software company providing innovative technologies that allow banking customers to control their finances, and invest their savings easily on their favorite channels. They create products focused on delivering the most widely adopted banking solutions to customers, such as Internet Banking, Mobile and Voice Banking for Wearables, Social Banking apps with Augmented Reality and Biometric Authentication features. Regarding their growth they are looking for a Data Base Administrator (m/f) for their offices in Oporto. As a Database Administrator/Developer and being part of our client team, you will be in charge of performance, integrity and security of their databases. You will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical SQL Server RDBMS systems, to ensure the availability and consistent performance of product suite. This is a hands-on position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You need to guarantee the development and sustainment of the product SQL Server Database, ensuring its operational readiness (security, health and performance), executing data loads, and performing data modeling in support of multiple development teams. Profile: - Academic degree in IT or in a similar field; - +5 years experience with solid know-how in MS SQL Server 2012 or above database management, performance and maintenance; - Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization, using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools; - Knowledgeable in database security and information security policies; - Experience with backups, restores and recovery models; - Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server; - Familiar with Azure Storage and virtualization; - Experience working with Windows server, including Active Directory; - Experienced in problem solving attitude and in working closely with development teams; - English fluent To apply follow the link: https://www.randstad.pt/empregos/database-administrator-mf_porto_RP-2017-31664/ |
