Job Duties include: •Use Enterprise integration/application tools to design, develop, troubleshoot, debug and deploy integrations/applications for customers •Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment and be a team player. •Troubleshooting complex development and integration issues •Keep the Customer Satisfaction levels high by providing timely services to customers with proper communication mechanisms •Handle multiple projects/technical tasks at any point of time •Ability to grasp application and integration concepts of new products quickly and efficiently. •Have a good functional understanding of the products and integrations and help the stakeholders in corresponding activities. Required Qualifications: •University degree, preferably in engineering (bachelor in engineering or master degree in computer applications). •Relevant studies and projects that were run during the university years. •Proven experience in ABAP Development, 1 year minimum. •Strong interpersonal communication, customer facing, and team player skills •Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, while effectively managing priorities and communicating progress •Learning capacity and the will to acquire new skills •Fluent in English (at business level) and in one of the following: ◦Spanish, Italian, French or Portuguese.
