This role requires consulting skills, business knowledge and SAP solution expertise in the Finance & Controlling modules and integration with other SAP modules, to effectively deliver, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance the SAP functionality to achieve the expected business results. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES: - Facilitates the implementation of SAP FICO solution with production configurations and supports functional change requests, to enhance the business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. - Should possess functional experience in the design, configuration and testing knowledge in FICO specifically in sub- modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, BA, CCA, IO, PCA & PA, master data, and all related daily and periodic processes and reporting. - Knowledge and experience in following areas would be considered an added advantage: SD, MM, roles & authorizations, interfaces, workflow, report writer, SAP Solution Manager and Solution Support, FSCM especially in TRM, IHC, DM & CLM. - Acts as liaison with the SAP business users supporting to: troubleshoot, investigate, analyze & problem resolution, by mapping the business requirements, processes & objectives in line with the global template and developing necessary design and process modifications to comply with business/ local/ legal requirements. - Functional consulting responsibilities: conducts configuration changes and related documentation, unit testing and assisting in UAT, performing non- regression testing, user guidance & training, demonstrating proof of concept. EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS: - SAP Experience: 5 to 8 years of SAP FI/CO configuration with minimum one implementation and at least three support projects. - Professional experience: Finance, Audit and Accounting. - Educational qualification: University Degree (preferably in Finance / Accounting). - Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines, must be able to work independently with little to no supervision, self- motivated and quick learner. - Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate with teams and stakeholders at all levels. - Team player with good interpersonal skills, who imparts development of functional skills in others through active knowledge sharing. - Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English. - Available at the earliest.
