We are recruiting an Application Support Analyst to join a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Profile:
- Solid knowledge of IT concepts and infrastructure;
- Experience in SQL/MySQL database;
- Mastery of Unix/Linux systems;
- Experience with cloud and automation tools such as Ansible/Jenkins;
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, especially Dynatrace;
- English (Advanced/Fluent);
- French (Notions).

Responsibilities:
- Support application users, responding to support requests and incidents;
- Resolve incidents according to the incident management lifecycle, including root cause analysis;
- Monitor production environments to ensure performance and availability;
- Ensure continuous communication with teams in different time zones;
- Develop a detailed understanding of the application (functionally and technically).
