We are recruiting an Application Production Support to join a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Profile:
- Experience with Application Performance Monitoring tools, such as Dynatrace;
- General knowledge of IT infrastructure;
- Practical experience with RedHat Linux;
- Advanced Shell Scripting;
- Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:
- Support the business in its IT needs, understanding workflows and operational scenarios;
- Manage Incidents, Requests and Changes in an agile and organized manner;
- Regularly update teams and stakeholders on ongoing tasks and projects;
- Identify underlying problems related to patches, releases or systemic issues, contributing to more efficient post-release checks;
- Improve day-to-day tasks by creating scripts and automating procedure-driven processes;
- Ensure availability for weekend and holiday work, rotating with the team.
