Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company, in Portugal since 2007. We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports. What will you do? Lead product management efforts, fostering innovation and collaboration; Develop and align product strategies with business vision and market needs; Prioritize user-centric features for seamless web and mobile experiences; Implement agile methodologies for efficient delivery; Own the product roadmap, ensuring clear communication and prioritization; Facilitate sprints, align expectations, and resolve product-related issues; Oversee risk mitigation and ensure smooth product releases; Collaborate on product launches and go-to-market strategies; Measure success through KPIs and maintain regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS); Build client relationships, gather feedback, and communicate product value; Manage stakeholder alignment and support for product initiatives. What are we looking for? Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar; Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management (former Lead Developer/Manager); Proven track record of success in leading and scaling B2B SaaS products within a startup environment; Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices for web and mobile platforms and capable of independently creating product prototypes; Experienced in product research with proven track record of implementation of user feedback for feature prototyping; Experienced with the concepts of product design sprint principles with proven track record of implementation; Expertise in agile scrum methodologies and a passion for iterative development; Demonstrated experience in fintech, ideally with wealth management solutions; Outcome-driven with a focus on achieving measurable business goals; Deep understanding of relevant regulations like GDPR, PCI-DSS, and financial services compliance requirements; Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management; Verbal and written communication skills in English (B2/C1); Hybrid position: 1-2 times per month onsite (flexible); Candidates must be based in Portugal and possess either Portuguese citizenship or a valid Work Visa/Residence Card - mandatory requirement.
