Process Analyst Job Description We are looking for a Process Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will design, optimise, and review internal processes to ensure they meet the company’s standards and certifications. You’ll play a key role in governance, supporting the approval and communication of processes while collaborating with teams across the organisation to guarantee their successful implementation. Key Responsibilities Process Design, Optimisation, and Review: - Analyse and map existing processes, identifying areas for improvement; - Develop and implement new processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness; - Monitor process performance and recommend improvements where necessary. Compliance: - Ensure all processes comply with relevant standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001; - Conduct internal audits to verify adherence to certifications; - Work closely with data teams to evaluate process impact and compliance. Governance: - Contribute to the approval and communication of new policies and procedures; - Support team training on processes and best practices; - Maintain clear and accurate documentation of implemented processes. Candidate Profile - A degree in Engineering, Management, Information Technology, or a related field (certifications and relevant professional experience are a plus); - Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, with excellent analytical, organisational, and time-management skills; - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English; - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively; - A proactive approach to learning and embracing new challenges; - Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards is highly valued; - Availability to start immediately is preferred.
