Position: Ivanti Neurons ITSM Developer (NL or FR + EN)

Location: Brussels

Languages: Fluent in Dutch or French (native) and English (native)

Remote Work: 50% on-site, 50% remote

Role Description: The role includes working closely with cross-functional teams to implement ITSM solutions, enhance workflows, and improve the platform to meet business needs

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Ivanti Neurons modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change).


• Develop workflows, business rules, forms, and dashboards as per business requirements.


• Build and maintain integrations with third-party tools using APIs or Ivanti connectors.


• Troubleshoot and maintain platform performance, applying upgrades and optimizations.


• Collaborate with ITSM process owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  
  Proven experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM or similar platforms.


• Strong understanding of ITSM/ITIL principles and workflows.


• Experience with scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell) and SQL.


• Experience in APIs, web services, and integrations.


• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.


• Proven Experience in analyze business needs and design innovative technical solutions


• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Previous experience in Banking or Insurance


• Ivanti Neurons ITSM certification


• Experience with ITIL frameworks and ITSM process implementation


• ITIL certification and familiarity with enterprise service management is preferred
