This could be the perfect challenge if you have:
- A degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an Agile environment, with at least 5+ years of experience.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working closely with development teams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Solid background in requirements gathering, prioritization, and backlog management.
- Experience in defining and maintaining a clear product vision and roadmap.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making to define product improvements and priorities.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent project management platforms.
- Technical understanding of software development processes, enabling effective collaboration with development teams.
- Experience in managing multi-lingual and multi-national teams or clients is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex scenarios and propose practical solutions.
- Fluent in English, French, and Portuguese (oral and written communication).
