L2 CSIRT Analyst

We are looking for a L2 CSIRT Analyst to join a hybrid project in Porto.

Profile:
- Proficiency in event and incident monitoring and response;
- General knowledge in logs analysis and endpoint security, for example, EDR solutions;
- Experience with scripting languages;
- Understanding of protocols (HTTP, SMTP);
Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, and DLP systems.
- Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:
- Handle cyber-investigations provided by CyberSOC use-cases and DLP detection systems;
- Analyze the effectiveness of existing DLP controls and seek continuous improvement;
- Contribute to the development and optimization of CyberSOC use-cases;
- Assist in cybersecurity governance by delivering detailed reports and KPIs.
