Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Knowledge in procedures and participate in the task automation process;


• Management and monitoring of service levels;


• Analysis and resolution of incidents and problems;


• Development of tools and processes in the field of service management;


• 24/7 Application Support, with prevention regime.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field;


• At least 5 years of experience in Application support;


• Expertise in SQL/MYSQL;


• Familiar with IT standards/tools such as ITIL;


• Knowledge in scripting languages (KSH/Bash; Python; Perl);


• Knowledge of Cloud Based environments (IBM CLoud or MS Azure preferred) will be valued;


• Knowledge in Java is a plus;


• Organizational and communication skills;


• Proactivity and dynamism;


• Knowledge in English.
