Position: SAP Procurement Expert

Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid: 2/3 days per week in the office)

Languages Required: French OR Dutch + English

We are seeking a SAP Procurement Expert with expertise in IT sourcing and procurement processes, particularly within SAP Ariba and SAP MM environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing public procurement procedures and a strong understanding of IT tools and processes. 

Technical and Soft Skills:

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes using SAP Ariba and SAP MM.


• Lead IT sourcing initiatives, including public market procedures, to ensure compliance and efficiency.


• Utilize expertise in SAP Ariba Guided Buying, SAP Ariba SLP, and SAP Ariba Sourcing to drive procurement strategies.


• Implement and manage procurement strategies within SAP S/4 Hana Cloud.


• Provide expert guidance on IT procurement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market best practices.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies align with operational requirements.


• Conduct detailed analysis and reporting on procurement activities to identify and implement improvements. 


• Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch or French.


• Professional working proficiency in English.


• Proven experience in IT procurement and sourcing, particularly in public procurement.


• Availability to work 2-3 days per week on-site.


• Experience in the public transportation sector (preferred).
