We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports. What are you going to do? - Support the TM in planning and coordination of the team testing activities across the different testing stages; - Escalate problems that impact testing activities, project milestones and deliverables; - Report the status of the testing phase (metrics, milestones, deliverables); - Support the day-to-day activities of the testing team; - Provide functional and technical support to the testing team; - Be responsible and manage test data; - Help in planning and coordination of functional End-to-End testing activities; - Analyse and document the requirements to determine product quality and release readiness; - Analyse User Stories and create test plans, scenarios, test scripts and procedures; - Perform end-to-end functional testing activities; - Conduct Exploratory testing; - Coordinate with the development team to understand business requirements; - Log and document test results in the tracking system; - Provide inputs on how to improve testing processes and teamwork; - Provide inputs on high-level test scenarios, challenges, risks, resources, test estimates, etc., during test planning meetings; - Support end users in the UAT testing phase; - Able to execute automated tests and analyse their results. What are we looking for? - Master or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field; - +4 years of experience as a Functional Tester with Salesforce (or other CRMs); - Experience in telecommunications with knowledge of CRM; - Good knowledge of the entire testing and reporting process; - Fluent in English, spoken and written.
