Position: Senior Java Developer (FR or NL + EN)

Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office)

Languages Required: French OR Dutch + English

Technical and Soft Skills

- 10 years of work experience in Java SE and Java EE.

- Experience with Quartkus (at least 1 year)

- 3 years minumum  proven experience with OpenShift or Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Expertise in other tools like:

• SQL, and PL/SQL.


• Design patterns, MVC, and hexagonal architecture.


• CI tools like Maven, Jenkins


• JUnit and Cucumber for testing


• Debugging tools such as SonarQube and Jacoco.


• REST, JPA (Hibernate), CDI, and JMS.
  
  

Preferable Skills

•  Knowledge of Quarkus and Jakarta.


• Proficiency in Bash/Linux for scripting and managing development environments.


• Experience in health insurance sector (health-related projects, particularly for healthcare funds)


• Familiarity with JWT (JSON Web Tokens) for API security management.
