Requirements • Manage and contribute to the growth of our design system collaborating with cross functional teams ensuring consistency across our digital solutions. • Drive the delivery of high-quality user experience and interaction design work across the Digital portfolio. • Support the practice and build team expertise across disciplines including user research, interaction design and visual design. • Be a customer advocate, mastering customer needs and using feedback, user goals, and business requirements to drive clear UX direction to our products as well as value increase appreciation for user centric design within the organization. • Help to focus the team’s efforts through driving UX standards, offering project guidance and connecting the team to the wider organizational context and ecosystem. Technical Skills: • UX standards • Design Practioner • Have demonstrable experience of designing compelling digital products and experiences using a full range of UX skills from research through to information architecture, data design, concept design, iterative prototyping and final design delivery • Experience working on complex / financial systems within an enterprise level environment. • Experience in the financial services or funds management industry.
