• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field;


• Minimum 5 years of experience in simmilar roles/positions;


• Advanced knowledge of tools like SQL, REST, JSON, Spring Boot, Excel, Python;


• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues related to servers, connectivity, and scripts;


• Ability to clearly report incidents and follow up until resolution, ensuring smooth collaboration across business and technical teams;


• Capacity to quickly identifying and analyzing the root cause of complex problems (external, technical, or internal);


• Organizational and communication skills;


• Proactivity and dynamism;


• Fluent English level (mandatory).
