Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to the utilities industry.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce applications, including Field Service Lightning and other utilities-specific modules.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications.
  • Conduct user training and create comprehensive documentation.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and Salesforce updates to ensure the platform meets evolving business requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience - 10 years - in Salesforce platform development and administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce solutions for the utilities sector.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and in English.
