Position: Senior Program Manager

Location: Brussels (Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office)

Languages Required: Dutch (native) + EN (C1) + FR (C1)

Technical and Soft Skills:

• 5 years of experience as a program manager


• Experience with user research and user experience mapping (UX Design & Research. UX Lead)


• Experience with Agile, Scrum and Prince2 methodologies


• Experience with jira and comfluence


• Experience with cross-functional teams and assigned project managers to plan, develop, and follow up on the scope.


• A strong understanding of the Belgian judicial system is essential


• Experience with the internal workflows within the judicial system (Public Prosecutor’s Office, H&R, FPS, etc.)


• Experience guiding public procurement processes

Responsabilities:

This role will support the development and management of key government programs, focusing on public procurement, strategic development, and high-level program initiatives. You will:

• Be in charge of the day-to-day management of coordinating and monitoring the progress of the public procurement.


• Assist the Project sponsor and support & supervise.


• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and project managers to define project scopes, resources, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.


• Implement and integrate advanced IT projects that support current and future platform needs
