Currently, we are seeking an exceptional QA Functional Tester who thrives on complex challenges, and is ready to seize this fantastic opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Analyse and document requirements to assess product quality and determine release readiness;
- Review User Stories and develop test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures to ensure comprehensive testing coverage;
- Conduct end-to-end functional testing and exploratory testing to validate functionality and identify potential issues;
- Collaborate closely with the development team to clarify business requirements and ensure alignment during testing phases;
- Document and log test results in tracking systems, ensuring accurate records of testing progress and outcomes;
- Provide feedback on testing process improvements, offer insights on test scenarios, risks, and resources, and contribute to discussions in test planning meetings;
- Support end users during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, facilitating a smooth transition to production;
- Execute automated tests as needed and analyze their results to confirm software performance.

Requirements:
- +5 years of experience as a QA;
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Experience in creating test scripts, setting up test data, and executing test cycles, including documenting and analysing results;
- Familiarity with Test Management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray) and Requirement Management tools (e.g., Jira);
- Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies;
- Effective communication and collaboration skills;
- Fluent level of English;
- Living in Lisbon (hybrid role).
