We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:

ServiceNow Business Analyst (ITSM) (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon or Porto)

What do you need to have:
Hard Skills:
• +5 anos experiencia em ITSM Service Now como Business Analyst
• Experiencia com: o “Employee Center” – Portal interno do utilizador o CMDB o Service Request Catalog o UX/UI o Change/Incident/Request
• Facilitar workshops de enquadramento para harmonizar as necessidades funcionais com vista a acomodar outras ferramentas de ITSM (CMDB, Discovery, Sailpoint, AD, etc.) • Identificar interdependências com a ferramenta CSM
• Especificar e implementar as necessidades expressas pelas diferentes entidades em ações na solução alvo ServiceNow
• Redesenhar o portal interno de pedidos de serviços apresentado aos colaboradores
• Inglês Fluente
