We are looking for a Consultant Analyst who is fluent in Portuguese and English to join our multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with BMC technologies and the ability to design, develop and maintain IT Service Management solutions. RequirementsMain Responsibilities: - Experience in implementation, customization and integration using the BMC platform; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions. - Enhance ITSM processes and expand BMC capabilities to support non-IT areas. - Offer expert guidance and recommendations on BMC solutions to meet the specific needs of customers and their industries. - Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. - Lead teams in delivering technical solutions using best practices, ensuring a valuable and efficient transformation process. - Leverage collaborative project management tools and methodologies to ensure thorough documentation and clear, effective communication. - Good teamwork, collaboration and communication skills; - Knowledge of IT Governance and ITSM frameworks. Skills needed for Success: - Strong knowledge of IT Service Management processes. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to the detail. - Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with the team; - Familiarity with the ITIL framework is preferred.
