Role: .Net Developer

Location: Melle, Belgium

Type: Hybrid (2-4 day per week on-site)

Languages: fluency in English + Dutch  (both C1) and French (C1) is a plus

Must Have Technical and Soft Skills:

- 5 years experience as .Net Developer with proven experience working with:

• Azure DevOps


• Developing web services (WCF)


• backend technologies: C#, ASP.NET, MVC


• Relational databases ( e.g. Oracle, SQL, ...)


• Unit Testing


• Working with Agile

- Experience in web development with common front-end technologies and frameworks: JavaScript, jQuery, SignalR and Angular

- Process-driven organizations based on ITIL, i.e. change and release processes

Responsabilities:

- you implement new functionalities in the existing code of OV Web in consultation with the product owner and the team
- you are responsible for supporting & adapting web applications, both within project, maintenance and incident activities
- working with the team on the planning, scope, work estimates and follow-up of releases
- you write tests (unit tests) and document your developments
- you actively work on knowledge assurance and knowledge transfer to your colleagues
- you take development guidelines and internal IT standards into account
- You carefully apply the working methods in the change and release management process
- providing technical advice to the analyst or designer
- you ensure correct evaluations of the technical feasibility of requests.
