We are looking for Cisco Architect to join the team of one important client. Support account teams in the Utilities industry on new opportunity development by contributing to technical discussions and building digitization journeys with customers and internal Cisco teams 2. Assist in scoping customer engagement activities for input into the customer pre-sales process 3. Deliver technical, solution, and business architectural presentations to Utility customers 4. Drive solution led selling to customers in cooperation with account teams 5. Serve as an Enterprise Architecture Trusted Advisor for Utilities customers and craft a cross architecture vision and roadmap 6. Understand customer technology roadmap and proactively design and develop customized solutions 7. Translate customer requirements to develop customer solutions, whole offers and customer projects 8. Showcase and continuously develop strong competitive technical expertise in the Utilities space to differentiate Cisco’s responses to RFPs 9. Communicate and educate generalist teams on key technical solutions and Utility industry-specific vertical designs/architectures 10. Design and apply technical solutions and architectures working with the generalist engineers and architects Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, or related field; Master’s is a plus Experience 1. 12+ years of experience in architecture design focused on Industrial solutions in the Utilities space 2. Understanding of professional services 3. IoT background managing large, complex, technology sales requiring C-level executive engagement 4. Understanding of Utilities industry business processes 5. Technical background in Networking (routing/switching/wireless), Security and Software Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities 1. Strong sales expertise 2. Strong project delivery expertise 3. Solid knowledge of enterprise routing and switching and knowledge of datacenter switching and ACI (nice to have) 4. Language Requirements: English and Italian 5.
