Requirements- Integration in a dynamic and motivated team for the performance of the function. - Complementary training - Salary package according to the function performed - Professional evolution BenefitsKey Responsibilities: • Fortinet Infrastructure Management: o Manage and maintain Fortinet security solutions, including FortiGate (FG), FortiAnalyzer (FAZ), and FortiManager (FMG), across both on-premises and cloud environments. o Implement best practices for the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Fortinet products. o Perform regular health checks, updates, and upgrades to ensure the stability and security of the Fortinet infrastructure. • Technical Support: o Provide expert-level support for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Fortinet technologies. o Collaborate with internal IT teams and Fortinet support to address and resolve technical challenges. o Monitor network performance and security, identifying and mitigating potential threats and vulnerabilities. • Automation & Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP): o Implement automation solutions to streamline network management tasks using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Python. o Develop and deploy ZTP solutions to simplify and accelerate the deployment of Fortinet devices. o Create and maintain scripts and playbooks to automate routine tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention. • Documentation & Reporting: o Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures. o Generate reports on network performance, security incidents, and compliance with organizational policies. o Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams as needed. Qualifications: • Technical Skills: o Strong expertise in managing Fortinet security products, particularly FortiGate (FG), FortiAnalyzer (FAZ), and FortiManager (FMG). o Experience working with Fortinet solutions in both on-premises and cloud environments. o Proficiency in automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Python for network automation and ZTP. o Solid understanding of network security principles, firewall configurations, VPNs, and threat prevention. • Experience: o Proven experience as a Resident Engineer, Network Engineer, or similar role with a focus on Fortinet technologies. o Hands-on experience with network automation and scripting for task automation. o Familiarity with cloud networking and security practices. • Soft Skills: o Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. o Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams. o Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work. Education & Certifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Relevant certifications such as Fortinet NSE4 or higher are highly desirable. • Certification in automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, or Python) is a plus.
