Business Analyst - Mobile Apps and Digital Business

We are looking to hire a passionate and tech-savvy Business Analyst to support our Digital Business Development initiatives, including mobile app innovation, digital transformation projects, and competitive market strategies. You will be driven to understand customer behavior, the market landscape, and the competition to identify growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities
· Market Intelligence: Identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and potential risks through detailed market and competitor analysis.
· Conduct customer assessment studies using a well-defined methodology to gather insights into customer needs, business processes, and pain points.
· Define and describe User Stories to propose solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.
· Assist in developing product positioning strategies that cater to the identified needs.
· Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and maximize the potential of mobile apps.
· Work hand-in-hand with the UI/UX team to create intuitive and user-friendly mobile app experiences.

Requirements
· Must possess excellent communication skills and be highly fluent in English.
· Solid understanding of Technology, Mobile Apps, and Business, with expertise in mobile app development, cloud technologies, or data analytics being a plus.
· Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies and business processes.
· Proficiency in creating professional deliverables using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Google Tools.
· Ability to actively listen to consumers, identify pain points, and propose creative solutions.
· Proactive, flexible, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas and solutions.
· Excellent documentation and writing skills for drafting clear business reports, user stories, and process descriptions.
· Team-oriented and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams while working under defined deadlines.
