Our client is looking for an Application Support Specialist to join their team in a hybrid work model in Lisbon. This is a direct contract with the client! Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in application support (mandatory); - 1 year of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL (mandatory); - Fluency in English (written and spoken) (mandatory); - Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, IIS, etc.); - Familiarity with ITSM platforms (preferably JIRA); - Knowledge of Android from a user perspective. Key Responsibilities - Provide support to users in their interactions with applications; - Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to application performance; - Ensure quality service delivery and collaborate with the team to continuously improve solutions.
