Data Protection and Disaster Recovery (DR): Knowledge of data protection strategies (IDPA, Superna, RecoverPoint) backup, and disaster recovery planning. Background knowledge/soft skill 1. Vmware general skills, VM’s, Windows servers. 2. Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve storage-related issues; experience working with Dell support and a hit the ground running attitude. 3.
