Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Engineer in Lisbon, Portugal. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, system administration, and offering help desk support to ensure smooth IT operations. Qualifications Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Experience in Windows 10/11, SCCM/Endpoint Manager/Intune and Azure Active Directory Providing services to the users via ITSM tool (especially Service Now) Experience in troubleshooting and resolving desktop, printer, network, and internet connectivity problems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team and manage the site independently as well Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus send your CV: ---@--- |
