We are looking for a QA Manager to join our client's team. Our client is a healthcare technological company focused on sleep testing and solutions for sleep health with offices in Oporto.

Responsibilities
As a QA Manager, you will be responsible for a QA team composed by 8 elements. You will play role as QA Automation expect and manager. You will be responsible to develop and implement QA practices across the organization from the scratch.

Technical Requirements
• Develop and implement testing strategies with manual and automated, mobile and web testing;
• Define strategies to define testing scope and objectives and also be aware about the documentation;
• Develop and implement testing plans, such as, functional, regression, performance, etc;
• Collaborate with other teams;
• Mentor, guide and coach QA members.
