What will be important for your success:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Management, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL or SQL Server.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar areas.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools, preferably Power BI.
• Sense of responsibility and proactivity.
• Enjoy working in a team.
• Experience in banking projects.
• Proficiency in Spanish (intermediate level) and professional English.


Your future responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance analyses to identify risks and opportunities for process improvement.
• Use data visualization tools, preferably Power BI, to create reports and dashboards that support decision-making.
• Work with Oracle PL/SQL or SQL Server databases to extract, transform, and load data necessary for analyses.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance practices are aligned with company regulations and policies.
• Participate in banking projects, ensuring that developed solutions comply with regulatory requirements.
• Effectively communicate analysis results to various stakeholders, using both professional English and intermediate Spanish.
