We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports. What will you be doing? Creating and executing test cases on Salesforce CPQ, as well as monitoring and enforcing overall team quality; Responsible for driving the vision and direction for the test services, as well as liaising with a wide group of stakeholders and coordinating efforts with the other members of the Quality team; Ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place and kept up to date; Identify and report to product teams questionable functions, performance concerns, and inconsistencies, as well as chasing their resolution; Assist Digital Delivery Teams in assuring great Quality marks on everything they deliver; Continuously focus on incremental improvements of functionality, usability, performance, automation, and security; What are we looking for? Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or similar; 4+ years of experience as QA, with comprehensive knowledge and experience with CI/CD, testing and QA systems and ecosystems (mandatory); Experience in Salesforce CPQ testing, including the design and execution of manual test scripts; Experienced using application lifecycle management tools (Jira and Xray - or similar); ISTQB Certification (plus); Salesforce/CPQ certifications or similar; Strong communication in English (B2 minimum); Remote working outside Portugal is not permitted.
