We are recruiting a Commercial Call Center Operator – Outbound (M/F) for a prestigious company, in the Madeira Island area. The selected person will perform the following functions:
- Make initial contact with potential customers, presenting our product/service to them;
- Conclude sales proactively, maintaining an empathetic and professional tone to ensure the company's positive reputation;
- Ensure transparency in the communication of all information related to products/services;
- Collect all necessary information to facilitate the conclusion of the contract with the customer;
- Perform functions in the Recruitment area and provide support with the logistics when possible.

Requirements:
- (mandatory) Fluency in English, French and German – knowledge of other languages is an advantage;
- Experience in Sales and Communications is an asset;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Knowledge in optical fibre.
