• Conduct enhancements (minor and major) and support (level 2 and 3) on Microsoft365 scope • Collaborate and follow-up with external partners on some incidents (support level 3) and enhancements, • Interact with MS365 Solution manager and Support level 1 Teams • Run administration activities as per the governance rules • Provide regular documentation & reporting QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum License in Computer Science or equivalent • At least 6 years of professional experience in IT area or equivalent • Experience in IT Support (level 2 & 3) for applications • Strong experience in business requirements analysis and specification • Used to work with Business and interact with Technical Teams • Development experience in Power Platform and SharePoint are an asset • Knowledge of other apps on MS365 is an asset • Strong communication skills (oral and written) in English. Portuguese is an asset. Key Skills: • Rigor, organization and strong commitment • Willing to develop new skills and competencies on technologies especially MS365 • Comfortable to work in a high autonomy and as a team player.
