Leading the definition and implementation of the Testing Strategy and subsequent coordination of resources, tasks, risks, dependencies, and service requirements; Collaborate with delivery managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to align the Test Strategy with program goals; Comfortable defining, implementing, and managing the functional and non-functional test stages across varied; Define testing objectives, scope, and entry/exit criteria for each workstream within the program; Define and track relevant quality metrics, KPI's; Roll out of clear, concise, and consistent test reporting; Incident management; Preparation of reports for Bi-Weekly Management Committee; What are we looking for? Proficient in Confluence, JIRA and JIRA Xray; Experience of working in a fast-paced agile environment and the ability to work under pressure; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Master in QA Methodologies; Excellent attention to detail, analytical and troubleshooting skills; Fluent in English - Written and Spoken; Proven Test Management and skills in relation to Agile/DevOps set up within projects.
