Backend Developer

This is a full-time Back End Developer role at Immera. The Back End Developer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of Back-End Web Development, Software Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). The role is located in Porto, but offers flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills
Knowledge of Front-End Development and Programming
Experienced in PHP frameworks (Laravel and PHP)
Experienced with any JS framework (Vue, React, or Vanilla JS)
Easily Navigate in between PHP, MySQL, Redis and Linux platforms without a problem
Good understanding of JSON and RESTful web services
Confortable understanding of Git
Experienced in Unit/Functional testing but it is not mandatory
Strong Experience in Javascript and NodeJS.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Experience with software development methodologies and tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
