Up to 15 years of experience or experience in the relevant business area Mastery of interface design tools, creation of prototypes, navigation flow maps, decision trees, in Figma or Invision (mandatory) Knowledge of vector drawing and image editing tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop (preferred). Experience in using and building Design Systems, UI Kits, UI components libraries, or live styleguides (preferred) Ability to think and build usability flows, page architecture and navigation models. Experience in conducting interviews with users, focus group sessions and collecting usage data to support decisions. Ability to facilitate ideation or problem deconstruction sessions. Experience in handing over projects to development teams. Ability to understand technical limitations and know how to adapt the design proposal. Certifications or training in the area of Product Design, UX/UI Design, Design Thinking, Service Design, UX (usability) or Research. Deliverables: Design of low-level interfaces (wireframes) and high-level interfaces (interfaces). Production of navigable prototypes, navigation flows, page architecture and navigation models. Support for projects and applications ensuring alignment with development teams Presentation of results and conclusions collected in: interviews with users, focus group sessions, ideation or problem deconstruction sessions.
