We're looking for an Engineering Specialist with necessary technical background in the network environment, to be part of a technical RUN team (24/7 operations). In a plan, build & run setup, this team is the run part to ensure optimal Europe network performance and availability.

descrição da função/job description
Providing 2nd line support for ServiceNow incidents (automated alerts, self-service, phone, email, chat);
Implement standard PDSM requests;
Update NetDB and Statseeker database and monitoring tools with new/retired WLAN/LAN devices;
Identify where a specific endpoint is connected based on mac-address;
Troubleshoot and fix Speed/duplex issues;
Is aware of standard hardware models;
Knows UTP/Fiber categories and related;
Is aware of standard hardware models, types of order kits, standard SSIDs;
Read access to track/monitor IP assignments and DHCP pool status.

requisitos/requirements
The ideal candidate for this job will have key skills and strong experience in some or all the following areas:
Bachelor in IT;
Min CISCO CCNA certification ;
Fluent English both written and verbal;
Team player with a can-do attitude;
Ability to work in 24/7 regime;
Flexible;
Customer focused with excellent communication skills;
Attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines;
Task orientated with good time management;
Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
Able to make independent decisions based on expertise;
Willing to develop in a multinational/multicultural environment.
