Key responsibilities: • Technical contact person for the public key and mail security infrastructure; • Testing, commissioning and operation of solutions, systems, and server components, including support for foreign locations; • Administration of certificates (entire life cycle); • Operation of the systems including patch and release management, troubleshooting; • Incident, request, change and problem management; • Documentation; • Ticket coordination; • Escalation Management; • SLA monitoring. Technical Experiences: • Several years of experience in PKI infrastructures and a deep understanding of PKI encryption and security systems and the corresponding protocols; • Experience in dealing with risks, their prioritization and avoidance as well as an understanding of IT security and experience in dealing with audit checks; • Good knowledge of the following technologies: Totemo Mail, Linux (CentOS), MS Windows Server 2016, Microsoft FIM (Certificate Lifecycle Manager), Safenet Luna HSM (now Gemalto).
